On September 30, 2025, DCHS held a presentation titled “About the Project and Hackathons as an Opportunity for Young People and GO GREEN Ambassadors” at the IC GEOSS Educational Center.
The event was attended by 5 unemployed participants, including young people under 29 and other unemployed individuals from Litija and Šmartno pri Litiji. The presentation introduced DCHS’s experience in implementing EU projects focused on youth empowerment and skills development.
Participants were introduced to the YoungGREENentrepreneurship project and its tools, followed by an overview of the new GO GREEN project. The session highlighted concrete opportunities such as participation in hackathons, access to the HUB and project website, and collaboration with professionals and peers.
A strong emphasis was placed on green entrepreneurship, sustainable practices, and self-development, encouraging participants to see sustainability as a pathway toward employability and future career opportunities.
