On April 10, 2025, DCHS organized a presentation titled “About the Project and Hackathons as an Opportunity for Young People and GO GREEN Ambassadors” at the Municipality of Litija.
The event brought together 18 participants (16 students and 2 professors) from the Faculty of Brežice, all under the age of 29. During the session, DCHS presented its work within EU-funded projects for young people and youth workers, highlighting the results of the YoungGREENentrepreneurship project, including the project website and HUB.
Special focus was placed on the new GO GREEN project, where participants learned about upcoming opportunities such as hackathons, the GO GREEN HUB, online platforms, and networking with like-minded young people and professionals. The presentation also emphasized the importance of green entrepreneurship and sustainable business practices.
The session inspired students to explore sustainability-driven ideas and see hackathons as a practical pathway to developing entrepreneurial and green innovation skills.
