¿De qué trata el proyecto?
GO_GREEN desarrolla un marco de aprendizaje único llamado Pirámide de Aprendizaje (PdA): un modelo práctico de educación no formal diseñado para:

El proyecto GO_GREEN se basa en los logros de la iniciativa Jóvenes Emprendedores Verdes (Young GREENtrepreneurs). Si bien este último creó un centro en línea transnacional y desarrolló módulos de aprendizaje electrónico para apoyar a los jóvenes en el lanzamiento de negocios y servicios verdes, GO_GREEN continúa esta línea, centrándose en mejorar las competencias sociales y emprendedoras necesarias para aplicar estas herramientas en situaciones reales.
El marco de aprendizaje GO_GREEN refuerza aún más las bases de la plataforma Young GREENtrepreneurs, ofreciendo un ciclo de formación integral y un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo.

Short, hands-on training pathway for young people who want to turn their green ideas into real change. In just five bite-sized video modules you explore key social and entrepreneurial skills – from collaboration and critical thinking to agility, problem solving and digital eco-innovation.

No prior knowledge is needed – only curiosity, a willingness to reflect, and the motivation to act for the environment.
Module 1 – Collaborative Working: Green Teamwork & Networking
Discover how collaboration and community initiatives can turn small ideas into big green impact.
This module explores what it means to build something “green” together. Through real-life examples – such as youth eco-initiatives, neighbourhood gardens or local green projects – you reflect on who is involved, how they support each other and how collaboration helps both the environment and the community.
- Identify inspiring examples of collaborative green entrepreneurship in your own context.
- Reflect on the roles, responsibilities and mutual support needed to run a sustainable business or initiative.
- Practice explaining your idea step-by-step so that others can understand and join.
Module 2 – Critical Thinking & Decision Making: Sustainable Consumption
Look behind “green” marketing and practise making informed, sustainable choices.
This module invites you to question what you see and buy. You analyse “green” advertisements, weigh the pros and cons of using recycled versus new materials, and compare different eco-business ideas with the help of a simple decision matrix.
- Train your critical thinking by asking tough questions about “green” campaigns and possible greenwashing.
- Use pros and cons lists and a decision matrix to compare sustainable business options.
- Share your own “5 green decision-making tips” for other young people on the Hub.
Module 3 – Agile Mindset & Adaptability
Learn to see change as an opportunity – and to adapt your green ideas flexibly.
In this module you explore what an agile mindset means in practice: analysing how conventional businesses transform into greener models, weighing different options under uncertainty, and planning how to adjust your ideas based on feedback. Agility and adaptability are presented as everyday skills – not only for start-ups, but also for personal life.
- Analyse real examples of businesses that moved from traditional to greener, more sustainable models.
- Use agile tools such as pros/cons lists and simple “sprint” steps to make better decisions.
- Create your own adaptation roadmap for turning a conventional idea into a green, future-proof one.
Module 4 – Problem Solving & Innovation
Rethink everyday products and turn sustainability challenges into innovation opportunities.
This module guides you through creative problem solving. You start by re-designing an everyday product to make it more sustainable, then analyse a real company facing a green challenge, and finally run a mini Design Thinking sprint to prototype your own eco-solution.
- Identify the environmental problems hidden in everyday products and services – and propose greener alternatives.
- Discuss how a “crisis” can become an opportunity for innovation in sustainable business.
- Follow Design Thinking steps – empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test – to build and present your own eco-solution.
Module 5 – Digital Integration & Communication: Building Digital Eco-Solutions
Use simple digital tools to design, test and communicate your green business ideas.
In the final module you explore how digital tools can support sustainable entrepreneurship. You discover existing digital eco-solutions, debate the environmental pros and cons of digitalisation, and then “hack” your own eco-idea using templates in tools such as Notion, Trello or Canva – finishing with a short pitch to teach others about your solution.
- Spot digital green innovators and identify what makes their solutions both “green” and “digital”.
- Reflect on the benefits and risks of digitalisation for the environment.
- Use digital tools to build a simple Minimum Viable Project (MVP) or prototype for your own eco-business idea and pitch it to others.

The project focuses on three key areas: fostering entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship education, strengthening green skills, and applying new learning and teaching methods and approaches.
